Returns, Refunds & Order Amendments

Cancellations and Changes

• Any cancellation or amendment to an order must be requested at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date.
• Requests received after this period may not be accommodated.

Returns & Refunds

• All cakes, pastries, and baked goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable once received by the customer.
• For approved refunds, a 3% bank processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
• Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking pf money movement.

Event Postponement

• If your event is cancelled or postponed, cash refunds will not be provided.
• Customers may reschedule their order to a new date within one (1) year from the original delivery date, subject to availability.
• A minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the original delivery date is required.

Damaged Orders

If an order is affected by an error, damage, or mishandling caused by ENIG Patisserie, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement cake of equivalent value; or
• Issue store credit equivalent to the value of the affected item for future purchases.

Photographic evidence may be required for assessment.

Lost Deliveries

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer or received by the designated recipient, ENIG Patisserie shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the product.

Contact Information

To ensure successful delivery or collection, customers must provide accurate and complete contact information, including:

• Full Name
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Delivery Address (if applicable)
• Recipient Contact Details (for gift orders)

ENIG Patisserie reserves the right to contact customers regarding order confirmation, delivery arrangements, collection details, or any issues relating to the order.
