Delivery Zones & Charges
We currently offer delivery within selected areas of Klang Valley.

Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice and may vary for special delivery arrangements.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders should be placed at least three (3) days before the requested delivery or collection date.
- Full payment must be received before an order is confirmed.
- Deliveries are fulfilled through trusted third-party delivery partners, including but not limited to Lalamove, Grab, and GoGet.
- Customers may select a preferred delivery time slot; however, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event that the recipient is unavailable during delivery, a re-delivery may be arranged and additional delivery charges will apply.
- All cakes are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch.
Self-Collection
Customers who choose self-collection will be contacted once their order is ready.
For safe transportation, we recommend:
- Placing the cake on a flat and stable surface.
- Keeping the vehicle air conditioning switched on.
- Avoiding direct sunlight.
- Transporting the cake carefully to prevent movement or damage.
Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer.

All online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway provider, iPay88.
Payment Requirements
- Full payment must be received at least three (3) days prior to the requested delivery or collection date.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled without prior notice.
- Prices displayed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
